Cost
Free on orders of $90 or more. $8 flat below that.
Timing
Your plant is potted and packed at the greenhouse and leaves within a few business days. It arrives in 3 to 8 business days in all. Tracking follows by email.
Where we ship
The contiguous United States. Plant shipping rules mean we can't yet send to Alaska or Hawaii or the US territories. No PO boxes.
Weather
In cold months your plant travels with extra winter protection when the weather calls for it.
Our guarantee
If your plant arrives damaged or isn't thriving within 30 days, send us a photo. We'll replace it or refund you. There is nothing to send back.
Changing an order
Write to us as soon as you can. We can change or cancel an order up until the plant leaves the greenhouse.
